I Am Suffering From Edema And Joint Pains. Had Blood

I am suffering from edema and joint pains. Had blood chem and the result is normal. My Hematology result have 102g/l hemoglobin and 30vol% hematocrit. My urinalysis shows 3-5pus, and many epithelial and bacteria, positive in leukocyte. Had KUB and turned out the result is normal. Do I have UTI? was my edema caused by UTI? Had diuretic meds but after 2 days from stopping taking meds my edema returned. Please help me understand my illness. Thank you.
