I Am Suffering From Endometeriosis. I Have Bilateral Hydroslaphnix. I

I am suffering from endometeriosis. I have bilateral hydroslaphnix. I have been gone through two surgeries for overy for the removal of cycts one is laprotomy for left side and other is laproscopy for right side. My first attempt for IVF is successful with positive results but it is missed with missed abortion. Then 2nd attempt with frozen FET and 3rd attempt with fresh IVF is a failure. Now my doctor is recommending to go for Ovum donation IVF. Before staring the procedure he is recoomendinmg for the removal of overies and hydrosalphnix. what should I do?
