I Am Suffering From Extreme SOB. I Am Currently On

I am suffering from extreme SOB. I am currently on 6L O2 and if I walk for a short distance my SAT's drop into very low 70's I become diaphoretic, I have chest tightness and discomfort, I will be gasping for air, wheezing. It takes about 5 minutes for me to rebound to upper 80's. I am also having a tingling sensation in my shoulder radiating to left side of neck. It is like it has gone to sleep.
