I Am Suffering From Fever From Last One Week .I

I am suffering from fever from last one week .I consulted doctor and advised for blood test.
Reports came like 1:60 of salmonella typhi.

I it serious ? please advise.

What type of diet I need to follow actually i am taking all type of foods?
Need to follow regular course (tablets) . I stopped after two days because i have not any fever after two days
