I Am Suffering From Hypertension And Fluctuating Blood Pressure Since

I am suffering from hypertension and fluctuating blood pressure since last few years. My creatinine is 1.7 since last 3 months. As per Doctor's advice I am taking Renalog tablet. Also I am taking low K, Na, Fe , Pretein etc. Will it reduce my creatinine. My B.P fluctuation is high from 110-115/78-80 to 140-145/95-100. Kindly advice how to get rid of the problem and reduce the creatinine
