I Am Suffering From Intense Itching All Ove My Body

I am suffering from intense itching all ove my body including in between fingers and under arms that causes bleeding too and there are very time bumps that start to itch and cause bleeding on scratching.
Got treated with permethrin twice but no use.
Apart from me, my all siblings have the same issue though we dont share bed but my parents are not infected in the same house
