I Am Suffering From Jaundice Till 1 Month And Today

I am suffering from jaundice till 1 month and today i eaten cheese 2 time in a day by mistake because i am not sure does cheese is harmful..tell me please what can I do I am scared about this.. :( and please tell me how much time I avoid cheese oil and spices?? :'(
