I Am Suffering From Non Displaced Fibula Fracture Couple Of

I am suffering from non displaced fibula fracture couple of inches above the ankle.. The crack was visible from two of the three side x ray.. Only used air cast, have been limping for last Six weeks. Now able to walk bearing full weight on it without the cast, but the entire feet is stiff at times, especially in the mornings.. How much longer will it take to completely heal. I weigh 250 pounds 5 ft 8.. So the change in hair is causing pain even in the left leg and hip.. What precautions shd I take
