I Am Suffering From Pain In Head In Differentarts At

I am suffering from pain in head in differentarts at different times, sometimes it is like wave, sometime it is more bit not severe. In brain mri, bilateral fronto parietal subcortical white matter chronic ischemic changes, diffuse cerebral atrophy is pointed out. I am taking ecosprin 75(1-0-0), tab tryptomer 25mg at night, tab amlovas 5mg for bp and sos tab nxdom since last two months but no benefit. Kindly advise.
