I Am Suffering From Persistent Chest Pain From Last Two

I am suffering from persistent chest pain from last two years. I also have visited a couple of doctors regarding this issue.After x ray,ecg,tmt and blood test, nothing serious was found according to them.I was infected by tuberculosis three years ago and I told this to them. Severe Cough and cold problems are also there. The doctor said that there is nothing in the report. What is the reason of my pain? What is the cure?
