I Am Suffering From Prostate Decease For The Last 05

I am suffering from prostate decease for the last 05 years. As per advice of physician I am taking Urimax 0.5 mg and Anxit Plus in night every day for the last 05 years. Please advise me which type of medicine is required to take for the same. The above medicines will not side effect for which I am taking for the last 05 years and also advise me any other medicine for curing above decease permanently and will not side effect on my body.
