I Am Suffering From Sensitive Skin And Achy Joints. It

I am suffering from sensitive skin and achy joints. It has been over a week now. It seems to get worse around midday and peaks at 4pm everyday. I also have a very sensitive area in my stomach which is the same type of feeling and also peaks at this time. I have carpal tunnel in both arms which is getting worse and I am very tired but I don't actually feel unwell. This is not the first time I have suffered these symptoms buy this is the longest they have lasted.
