I am suffering from severe and acute pain between the breast plate when I have my monthly cycle. I have suffered from IBS for 31 years however the pain would always go if I lay down, this pain does not . Nothing stops the pain no position. I have a sliding hiatus hernia and was wondering if I could try colofac as buscapane has no effect?
