I Am Suffering From Severe Back Pain Due To A

I am suffering from severe back pain due to a slipped disc. Have been prescribed 50mg tramadol 1 to 2, 4 times a day,is this dose too high to begin with? Two days ago when i began taking tramadol, i took 100mg 3 times in one day, experienced severe nausia and heart palpiltations. Second day i didn't take any medication due to still suffering from nausia. Would likd to start again today, would 50mg twice a day be suffient?
