I Am Suffering From Severe Pain In My Anal Area.

I am suffering from severe pain in my anal area. I have been travelling a lot from the last one month. During my travel I have had half a bottle of whiskey everyday. Once or twice while passing stools there was some blood. Now from the past one week the pain has become unbearable and I notice a gland which has appeared in the upper part of my anus reaching to side of the hole. I have difficulty passing urine also and have a slight pain in my penis. Pl advise
