I Am Suffering From Severe Shooting Pain On The Top

I am suffering from severe shooting pain on the top of my right foot and sometimes on the left foot. I am 6'6" and 350 lbs. , 31 years old male with high blood pressure which is controlled by lisinopril medication. This pain is causing me tremendous inconvenience to walk and I can't sleep from it. Aspirin and naproxen are not helping to reduce the pain. My feet seem darker in color lately and this is causing me to worry. I have some swelling around the ankles and elevating my feet doesn't seem to help either. Any ideas or suggestions?
