I Am Suffering From Sneezing/allergy For The Past 5 Years,

I am suffering from sneezing/allergy for the past 5 years, consulted doctors, and taking regular medicines..he prescribes TELEKAST-L along with a nasal spray and a inhaler..I have been continuing them for more than 4years..meanwhile skin itchiness came of nowhere... Didn't Take any special medicine.. TELEKAST-L helps me over it..I am afraid of using medicines over long period and stopped it...I am get used to sneezing and I can live without medicines...but skin irritation bothers me a lot,asif I can't live without medicine(TELEKAST-L).how to get rid of this??
