I Am Suffering From Stage 4 Lung Cancer, Adenocarcinoma. I

I am suffering from stage 4 lung cancer, adenocarcinoma. I have also suffered from oral lichen plants for the past 4 years. During my first 6 cycles of chemo for the cancer, I was on Cisplatin and Pemetrexed. During this 5 months my lichen went away completely. However I have now started a new chemo routine using docetaxel and nintedanib, and after 5 days I suddenly developed quite severe lichen inside my cheek and lip. This is very painful. I have immediately started rinsing with steroid mouth wash. Could the exacerbation of the Chen be due to the latest chemo.
