I Am Suffering From Stomach Constipation And Diarrhea And Stomach
I am suffering from stomach constipation and diarrhea and stomach pain. In the morning I usually have a constipation but suddenly it turns into diarrhea and have to go to washroom for sometime 11 times in a day. During last one year I lost 13 KG of weight.
I went through CT SCAN and Colonoscopy and here are the findings:
CT SCAN: Long segmenal irregular circumferential bowel wall thickening involving distal ileal loop and the ileal caecal region with mesenteric fat stranding and reactive lymph nodes in the iliac fossa region - likely reperesenting inflamattory etiology.
Cholelithiasis
Borderline splenic enlargement
Colonoscopy: Colonoscope passed till termial ileum. There is a evidence of nodularity, ulceration and structure in the distal ileum - 5cm from ileocecal valve. Multiple biopsies were taklen. Mucos of entire colon is normal.
Doctor has doubted TB, and started TB medicines till the biopsies report arrived, but the medicines are too hard for my stomach and I feel constipation and diarrhea increasing a lot. I lost my apetitie.
