I Am Suffering From Tendinopathy (right Shoulder) Since Last 5

I am suffering from tendinopathy (right shoulder) since last 5 months. I am taking medications as prescribed by orthopedic doc from India as i went to india and had issue from there. When i take medicines, it works out well for 3-4 hours and then it starts paining a lot. I am doing hot water fomentation and exercise regularly. If it pains a lot i take IBUPROFEN, and it helps to relieve pain for much longer time than other medicines.My question is Can i take ibuprofen or other OTC that helps to get rid off pain rather than other medicines ? i am not able to sleep well at night as well. I dont have insurance.
