I Am Suffering From The Pain Of Wisdom Teeth In

I am suffering from the pain of wisdom teeth in my left side jaw since past two days... I am rinsing my mouth with saline water thrice a day... but it seems not much effective.. What else I can do??.. which painkiller I can take..?? I want to get rid off this extreme pain as soon as possible...
