I Am Suffering From The Problem Of Face Acne. I

I am suffering from the problem of face acne. I have pimples which mostly appear with white heads filled with pus..... I dont scratch them. I only apply natural remedies on them. But there is no relief. Alongwith acne there are pimple marks too. I have started using erygrip and cure-m creams in combination as someone recommended them to me. Its been just two days of me using them.... What should i do?
