I Am Suffering From Toothache Due To Some Problem At

I am suffering from toothache due to some problem at my 1st molar tooth of right lower jaw. It is not moving but may be there is some problem at the root. There is also a cavity like space between the 1st molar and the so called canine tooth. How can I get relieve?
