I Am Suffering From Vaginalis Hydrocel With Mildly Enlarged Right

I am suffering from vaginalis hydrocel with mildly enlarged right testis, besides it now and often i also feel a light pain in my left testis which is normal in shape, echogenicity. in 1997 epidymisis orchitis occurs in my left testis followed by mumps. right testis shape is normal with ecogeniticy. both epydimisis are found normal in shape and size as per recent ultrasound report.in right testis no pain. please let me know surgery of right side hydrocel can solve my problem of enlargement of right testis and light pain of left testis?
