I Am Suffering From Water Discharge From Nose Almost Every

I am suffering from water discharge from nose almost every day and it is worst in the morning after woke up from my bed. I was taking medication (Seroflo 250, fluticasone nasal once daily) for my allergy rhinitis for the last 10 years. My condition is getting worse nowadays due to continuous discharge from nose, accompanied with chest tightness & wheezing. Please advise to overcome my disease with proper medication.
