I Am Suffering In Ironic Anemia And Have Deficiency Of

I am suffering in ironic anemia and have deficiency of vit-d. the level of hemoglobin is 7.5 and vit D is 15.75. The doctor has given me calcium and Iron. I take iron in the morning and calcium in the night. My question is why I feel that i am suffering in as like as fever that is i feel always some hot air is passing through my body, the ear, nose , the fingers etc.
