I Am Suffering In Many Ways, But I Believe I

I am suffering in many ways, but I believe I have Dercum's Disease, or subcutaneous Adipose Tissue problems, in my belly, inner thighs, upper inside arms. I cannot find a doctor in CT. except there is one in Texas, and I cannot on SS find a way to be diagnosed, and if I was, and I am right, what can I do?
