I Am Suffering Lichen Planus Since Last 1.2 Years And

I am suffering lichen planus since last 1.2 years and taking medicine which is based on sterious.
Suddenly i stopped to take medicine as i can see changes in my body that reducing effects. But right now lichen planus spread more and developed on my whole body.
Could you please tell me what should i do now as i am very nervous and also got itching for whole body.
I need to change doctor or change medicines or treat with homoeopathic?
Please suggest.
