I Am Suffering Since Feb 2,dealing With An Infection Which

I am suffering since Feb 2,dealing with an infection which hasn't loosen its grip on me.Till now the cause of the infection has not been detected.My Leukocytes count is very high i.e. 20.50 and is maintained in that range since 15 days.Can threading be a source of the infection because all the tests came negative and nothing remains to suspect except this factor.Could you please help me?I am 18years old..
