I Am Suffering With IBS. The Symptoms Are Bloating, Gas,

I am suffering with IBS. the symptoms are bloating, gas, incomplete evacuation of bowel and constipation.
Stool is lumpy and hard, unpleasent taste in mouth, anxity, sleep problem , excessive salivation (Froath). Feeling going loo, only gas passes. Please help me. Thanks
