I Am Suffering With Dry Cough From Last One Month

I am suffering with dry cough from last one month I visited our doctor he said u have allergy and he prescribed mtek l.c tablet.. I feel relief when I take this tablet bt very next moment I get cough again..kindly tel me what happen to me and how can I cure this problem.
