I Am Suffering With Numbness In My Both Of Little

I am suffering with numbness in my both of little fingers. The Doctor suggest me to use the Inj. Optineuron, Tab. Gabapentin & Tab. Amitryptyline. I am cured 50% thorugh the Injection. But the Tab. Gabapentin & Tab. Amitryptyline 10 mg. not worked. But the numbness in the little finger not cured. Still I am suffering with numbness while Typing. The Register Medical Practitioner suggest me to use Inj. Renerve Plus weekly once. I am also doing NCS Test 6 months back. The Doctor said that I am suffering with neuropathy. What will I do?
