I Am Suffering Withdrawals From Effexor (taken Over 18 Months

I am suffering withdrawals from Effexor (taken over 18 months ago), and now Zoloft, which I gave up over four months and have been off for 5 months. Should I reinstate 1mg of zoloft, to see if that helps, or the doctor recommends Celxa, as it is liquid. I do not want to throw another medication into the horrific mix these drugs cause.
