I Am Sufffering From Straightening Of Lumbar Spine. . L1-

I am sufffering from straightening of lumbar spine. .
L1- l2 unremarkable
L2-l3 mild diffuse bulge of l4-l5 disc..
L4-l5 mild difcuse bulge of l4-l5 disc with mimnimal indention over anteroir thecal sac.

I have pain in my lower back and right side of hip..

I cant able to walk properly due to pain....

Please advice
