I Am Supposed To Be On My Period Right Now.

I am supposed to be on my period right now. I am currently on the pill and have been for 2 years now. For the past couple of months my period has been very irregular. Today I have had some light brown/pink discharge but no period and I'm not sure what this means. I should also mention that I have been under a lot of stress lately.
