I Am Sweating A Lot In The Groin Area And

I am sweating a lot in the groin area and crotch area clammy skin and spikes of sharp pains that feel like pin pokes. Not actively sexual. No STD's, Great blood work, no issues with anything other than this. I am probably 10#'s overweight but am in great shape as I hike and ride bicycles long distance, but haven't done so in about 6 months.
