I Am Taking 1 Tablet Of 300mg Of Jamp -Allopurinol

I am taking 1 tablet of 300mg of Jamp -Allopurinol and 1 Daily with my main meal which is at noon. I have been taking these medications since the 6th of August. At the start every thing was progressing quite normally. A few days ago I began to experience a serious burning in the stomach and then later severe stomach Pain and occasionally cramps. I am suppose to do this treatment for 6 months and each month I have to report for blood tests. Is there something that I can take to relieve these severe stomach pains?
