I Am Taking 12 Caps Of Gabapentine Daily & 2

I am taking 12 caps of Gabapentine Daily & 2 caps of Venlafaxine daily for the pain in my hands and feet. My body seems to have gotten use to these drugs so the effectiveness of them seems to be wearing off. The pain is exsruciating. I this the best Rx on the market today ? I am 76 yrs young!!!! Steve
