I Am Taking 125 Mg Amoxicillin Twice Daily. I Am

I am taking 125 mg amoxicillin twice daily. I am in my fourth day and have developed a rash on my torso and uppermost thighs, in addition to mild diarrhea accompanied by growling gut. How serious is this? This site indicates both side effects are common, but also indicates the rash is serious. A bit confusing.
