I Am Taking 180 Armour Thyroid (for 6 Yrs -

I am taking 180 armour thyroid (for 6 yrs - no symptoms) and was just prescribed Estradiol 2 mg to deal with moods and hot flashes and now have problem sleeping and feel like my skin is crawling. Is an interaction occurring? Is there a bio identical estrogen that may work better?
