I Am Taking 20 Mg/day Of Fluoxetine. And, I Am

I am taking 20 mg/day of Fluoxetine. And, I am taking omeprazole delayed release tables 20 mg, 1/daily. The fluoxetine was helping reduce hot flashes. But, it seems to not be helping as much since I started taking the omeprazole. Could the omeprazole be blocking the benefits of the fluoxetine?
