I Am Taking 20 Mg Of Lisinopril And 25 Mg

I am taking 20 mg of lisinopril and 25 mg of chlorthalid for HBP. I had stopped taking the latter one as I thought It was causing leg cramps. Yesterday I took one pill after 2 weeks as I noticed some swelling in my legs . In the middle of the night I got such bad cramps on both inner thighs it caused me to pass out in the kitchen as I was making some raw apple cider vinegar, honey and warm water as this usually calms the situation. I had never passed out from the pain before. It did calm down after my drink. Should I stop taking this medicine? The lisinopril doesn't seem to have any side effects
