I Am Taking 50mg Of Tramadol 8 Times A Day.

I am taking 50mg of tramadol 8 times a day. I need to stop and only have 8 left. I have a lot of stuff here that I think can help me but I'm not sure. I have Amtriptyline.25 mg Trazadone 100 mg and Gabapentin 600mg. I need to do this and cannot call my doctors for help. I also have 12 Norco 500 mg tabs. Please guide me on how to do this with what I have. Thank you
