I am taking Amitazia for IBS with chronic constipation. My insurance has changed and as this med is a tier 3 med it needs a prior authorization, and the copayment jumped to $75/month. Will this be a comparable medication. Tier 2 $35/month. I just finished a trial on Constulose solution which did not go well. Can you please advise me
