I Am Taking Amlodipine Besylate And Metformin ER 500MG. I

I am taking Amlodipine Besylate and Metformin ER 500MG. I am experiencing increased shoulder pain and arm pain, expecially at nigth that forces me to take Tylenol so I can sleep. Also, my heartbeat increases and I sweat. My doctor is not available until tomorrow as this is Sunday. Should I take the two above pills today. Thank you.
