I Am Taking Atasart Candesartan 8 Mg For Almost 2

I am taking Atasart candesartan 8 mg for almost 2 months. My blood pressure already went down and in normal range already for the past one month. Can I stop taking this medicine?. Will my blood pressure go up if I stop it?... even I have to go through a strict diet and a daily regular exercise...
