I Am Taking Candace 5 Mg/day For 3 To 4

I am taking Candace 5 mg/day for 3 to 4 years for high blood pressure .My age at present is 69 yrs. I am suffering from numbness, burning sensation and tingling in feet/ toes,movement disorder could not sleep due to numbness which increases in lying position. Is this due to that Candace tablet or any other reason.
