I Am Taking Ferrous Sulphate Tablets Twice Daily As I

I am taking Ferrous Sulphate tablets twice daily as I am low on Irons I have been taking them for 1 week now and since taking them On about the 5 th day I have had quite a few headaches which I never suffer with and within the last day or two have developed a lot of spots around my waist line and generally not feeling well and as I am a very active person and my health is usually very good this has caused me some concern. Also I am wondering if I can take some paracetamol for my headaches while on the iron tablets.
