I Am Taking Gabapentin For Neuropathy In My Feet. I

I am taking Gabapentin for neuropathy in my feet. I understand it works the same as Lyrica. I am also taking-short term-cephalexin and found out that it has a reaction with Lyrica. I have noticed that since taking the cephalexin that my feet have not stopped burning and itching even with increasing the gabapentin dosages. Is there a reason-like an interaction with the antibiotic?
