I Am Taking Lorazepam0.5mg Take One At Bedtime. Also, Trazodone

I am taking Lorazepam0.5mg take one at bedtime. also, trazodone 50 one at bed time also citalopram10mg1 at night. I have an app. with my dr. in about an hour she would like to change my medication. I have difficulty sleeping at night and also anxiety. What would you recommend that I take?
